The sessions are carefully woven to help you feel stretched out, strong and calm for a positive experience throughout pregnancy and birth.

 

During a class we practice asana (yoga postures), other movements, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditations, affirmations and mindfulness to lead us back to the innate wisdom of the female body.

​

This class is a lovely way to meet other mums-to-be, feel supported and share tips and tricks.

​

Suitable from 14 weeks pregnant and for beginners to yoga as well as those who have practiced before.

​

Tuesdays: 6pm - 7.30pm

Once your baby has arrived join Cass for a Baby Yoga course.

Baby Yoga courses run for 5 weeks on Thursdays at 1.15pm. Each session is themed and covers fun stretching and songs to aid baby development and bonding.

The next course starts on February 27th.
